Forest Edge is listed with 'Welcome Cottages' and Water's Edge wiht 'Scottish Country Holidays, who have awarded us a 4 star rating, using the Visit Britian grading system for self-catering accommodation, and our prices reflect their pricing. However, booking with us direct will generally save you around £20 in booking fees.

Late bookings - a discount of £10 (Nov-Mar) or £20 (Apr-Oct) will be applied to any bookings made within 28 days of the arrival date (subject to availability)
Pets - well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement, at a surcharge of £10 per stay - only 1 at Water's Edge, 2 at Forest Edge.
Security Bond - a refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings, to cover fuel excesses, damage, breakages etc.
Gas and Electricity - the first 16 units of Gas and 60 units of electricity per week are included in the above prices (pro rata for short breaks) for 'Forest Edge'. A similar allowance is yet to be calculated for 'Water's Edge'. A surcharge will be deducted from your deposit for any additional consumption.
Returning Guests - book with us for a second stay at any of our properties within 12 months and we will offer you a discount of at least 5% on advertised prices.

Prices include double bedroom with private facilities, and choice of continental or cooked breakfast - full Scottish breakfast £2 extra per person.
Low Season Mid-September to mid-May (except Bank Holidays and Wigtown Book Week)
£58 per room per night (double occupancy) - £60 on single night bookings
£38 per night (single occupancy) - £40 on single night bookings
High Season Mid-May to mid-September, plus Bank Holidays weekends and Wigtown Book Week
£60 per room per night (double occupancy) - £62 on single night bookings *
£40 per night (single occupancy) - £42 on single night bookings *
* Minimum booking 2 nights over Bank Holidays and Wigtown Book Week
An extra charge of £5 per stay will apply for dogs accompanying their owners.
