Moneygram, Western Union or Paypal  also accepted, but a 2.5% surcharge may apply - please confirm at time of booking.

Self-catering Prices for 2012

Forest Edge is listed with 'Welcome Cottages' and Water's Edge with 'Scottish Country Holidays, who have awarded us a 4 star rating, using the Visit Britian grading system for self-catering accommodation,  and our prices reflect their pricing. However, booking with us direct will generally save you around £25 in booking fees, slightly more during peak season.

Late bookings - a discount of £10 (Nov-Mar) or £20 (Apr-Oct) will be applied to any bookings made within 28 days of the arrival date (subject to availability)

Pets - up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement, at a surcharge of £10 per stay

Security Bond - a refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings, to cover fuel excesses, damage, breakages etc.

Gas and Electricity - the first 16 units of Gas and 60 units of electricity per week are included in the above prices (pro rata for short breaks) for 'Forest Edge'. For 'Water's Edge', 120 low rate and 150 peak rate units of electricity are included per week. We feel this should be adequate for most people's normal requirements at any time of year, however a surcharge will be deducted from your deposit for any additional consumption.

Returning Guests - book with us for a second stay at any of our properties within 12 months and we will offer you a discount of at least 5% on advertised prices.
