Late bookings - a discount of £10 (Nov-Mar) or £20 (Apr-Oct) will be applied to any bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date (subject to availability)

Pets -  well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement, at a surcharge of £10 per stay

Security Bond  -  a refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings, to cover fuel excesses, damage, breakages etc.

Gas and Electricity  - the first 16 units of Gas and 60 units of electricity per week are included in the above prices (pro rata for short breaks).  A surcharge will be deducted from your deposit for any additional consumption.

Returning Guests - book with us for a second stay within 12 months and we will offer you a discount of at least 5% on advertised prices.

Water's Edge Holiday Cottage

Awaiting final costings. However, for bookings made before 31st August, prices charged will be £30 per week above those quoted for Forest Edge.

The same discounts are available to those who have stayed at our other properties before.

Low Season  Mid-September to mid-May (except Bank Holidays and Wigtown Book Week)

£26 per person per night (double occupancy) - £28 on single night bookings

£32 per night (single occupancy) - £35 on single night bookings

 

High Season  Mid-May to mid-September, plus Bank Holidays weekends and Wigtown Book Week

£29 per person per night (double occupancy) - £30pp on single night bookings

£36 per night (single occupancy) - £40 on single night bookings

 

**   Further discounts apply to bookings of  3 or more nights, starting Sunday to Friday  ** 

** 10% discount on standard advertised prices when booking 2 rooms together for 2 or more nights, where at least one is for double occupancy **

 

2 course evening meal available from £8.00  per person, except Saturdays (please order by 10am)

Packed lunches available from £4.50 per person (please order by 6pm the previous evening)
