Over 60?

In recognition of the fact that many of our guests, particularly out of season, are of retirement age, we have joined up with 'Seniors Discounts' to offer special deals for those aged 60 and above. Generally, we will offer a discount of 5% when you book with us from November to March - please check below for any additional packages on offer.  Please note discounts are subject to availablity and do not apply to short breaks, or during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year, or when another discount is already applied.



Returning Customer?

If you have stayed at either of our cottages before, we would be delighted to welcome you back for a second (or 3rd, or 100th!) visit. When you book again, do let us know you have stayed before and we will offer you a discount of at least 5% (low season) or 10% (high season) on advertised prices.


Self-catering Bargains

New Year Specials - During January, February and March we are offering 15% off advertised prices for 7 night stays for couples staying on their own. Or 5% off for families / groups. Ideal to enjoy the Snowdrop Festival and Wild Goose Chase across the region.

We have also reduced the price of all short breaks taken before the end of March by £5 per night.

Valentine's Special - enjoy a romantic break at 'Water's Edge, now just £295 for a couple holidaying alone for 7 nights from 11th February, including a complimentary bottle of wine!

Early Booking Offer - book your Summer holiday at either property by 31st January, and we will knock 10% off the advertised price, plus dogs go free! (For holidays taken between 23rd June and 31st August)
